"An early morning run is the perfect way to kick of a long weekend," wrote Jodi Baker Lewis under her self portrait (above) on Instagram. The executive director of the Franklin Chamber of Commerce is tireless as she tries to embrace every second of everyday. On an average day she documents her experience in between 10 to 20 photographs with her ready in a sec camera on her phone. "If I'm out on an adventure, I easily take 50 or more," she says.

Below are three of Jodi's pieces. You can follow her on Instagram and she posts a lot on Facebook as well. She says she does some editing within the phone, but doesn't use any special camera apps.
