
Venango County Fairground's temporary four-legged and feather residents checked in Sunday as the annual fair kicked off.
This year's event features all the traditional entertainment and exhibits, including animal shows, barnyard contests, and tractor pulls.
Wednesday is blue grass night with music provided by the Pine Valley Boys and David Peterson & 1946. The popular live stock auction will be held 6 p.m. Friday in Philips Arena.
