"The students work individually and as a team (house) to earn tickets. Tickets are earned by meeting and following behavioral expectations and going with the FLOW (being a friend, leader outstanding, worker) on the bus, in the hallways, cafeteria, classrooms etc. Incentives can be earned for the entire house (which team earns the most tickets) as well as individuals if their ticket is pulled during a weekly drawing.

The "McTeacher's Night" will be held at the Oil City McDonald's from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, November 2. Proceeds will go directly to the school program. "Mark your calendar (or set your watches) and come enjoy dinner while supporting or students," Morfenski said in a release.
