
The tournament drew competitors from 13 schools Franklin, Mercer, Eisenhower, Oil City, Cranberry, Northwestern, Rocky Grove, Lakeview, Titusville, Keystone, Karns City, Iroquois and Kennedy Catholic.
Franklin recorded the best record in pool play Saturday morning, finishing 7-1 and advancing directly to the quarterfinals.
In the playoff round, Cranberry defeated Iroquois 25-10, Oil City fell to Kennedy Catholic 25-22, Titusville beat Lakeview 25-12, Keystone edged out Rocky Grove 26-24 and Karns City won against Northwestern 25-22.
In the quarter-finals, Franklin recorded a 25-12 win over Titusville, Cranberry beat Kennedy Catholic 21-15, Karns City defeated Eisenhower 25-12 and Keystone won 25-21 over Mercer.
In the semifinals, Franklin fell to Cranberry 25-19 and Keystone beat Karns City 25-15.
The tournament ended with Cranberry defeating Keystone 25-17.
