PHOTOS: Oilers take down Knights to claim first title 55 years

Oil City moved to 12-1 in Region 5, two games ahead of Warren with only one game left in the regular season with a 22-point win over rival Franklin 78-56. This gives them their first league title since 1971. Their one loss came earlier this season when the Knights dominated early and held on for a 65-59 win.

The Oilers are 15-5 overall with only the 6-14 Eagles to go before playoffs.
