The City of Franklin is at it again with help from arts and business organizations. The annual Easter egg hunt was once again modified due to the lingering COVID-19 restrictions on gatherings. So the team made up of area groups put together over 600 packages to give away to a parade of cars around the island in front of the courthouse. Candy and coloring books were given to kids and a few adult gifts as well. The Easter Bunny was on hand, though motorists were asked to not leave their cars. A few pedestrians would happen by to get a picture with the Easter Bunny.
