Construction crews were busy milling around Diamond Park in Meadville Tuesday afternoon. They also milled the section of North Main between the Diamond and North Street. This work is part of a multi-road improvement project throughout the city.
The work zones are following the guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Pennsylvania Department of Heath.

I admit, and you won't hear this often from a journalist, I wanted an easy day. I was working on an advance story when I stumbled on this. I hung out and made a few photos. I put the motorcyclist in the mix because I just loved the guy's expression - he didn't seem to let the construction ruin his ride on a nice day.
