I refer to these wondrous creatures as walking weapons of mass destruction. I truly love deer. Seriously!
My earlier references to finding joy in Bambi's mother being killed was entirely out of frustration for totaling my car. Yes I drive like grandma now and yes, I am perhaps nervous as hell driving at night.... but I still find these vermin of the woods stunning when I see them.
I always wonder what they think. I mean this one was wondering what the heck is that sound and movement over there? But other than that? what do they think? Humans are funny because we really believe everything thinks what we do and yet.... even within humans we barely acknowledge thinking the same things.
