After you guess on this, see the reveal below of last weeks winner.

Any idea where this is?
Have a guess or, if you know, just blurt it out on the Facebook post. There is possibly a prize in it for you!
The Franklin Retail and Business Association has generously agreed to sponsor this fun, little activity. If you guess correctly, you will be entered in a drawing to receive a $10 Retail Relief Gift Certificate that can be used at and of 50 participating Franklin businesses. Thank you Franklin Retail for donating five weeks of prizes!

Additional rules to the contest: The first person to guess correctly will be entered twice. If someone submits a selfie with this item they will be entered three times. If someone submits a selfie that makes me laugh they will be entered five times. (It takes a lot to make me laugh with a photograph.)
I will leave the contest open for a week and announce the winner the following week along with the reveal of the location.
All entries should be done through the Facebook page post on my page. If it is shared try to comment on my page for clarity purposes.

Good luck. Let's have some fun.

Last week's winner was Bret Schweinfurth who was the first to comment with the location. I'd say guess, but it was no guess for Bret who is an avid Civil War historian and knows his hometown like the back of his hand.
Rebekah Deal sent in this pre-mask era selfie and nearly made me laugh with her comment "I know where he is! This is one of my many running selfies with him! He likes to run early with me! P.S. His pace is a bit slower than mine!" I mean it did give me a chuckle, but like I said it takes a lot to make me laugh with a photo.

One nice memory came from one of the correct answers.
Carloe McElhaney shared this nice memory..."The Armory! Oh I miss that man. I have two large old west pics he offered to buy but I didnt want to sell. He told me to get them framed and the certain glass and everything I needed to know. I moved away and when I moved back I had found out he had passed. I was heartbroken. So I got them pictures framed just the way he had suggested. They hang in my livingroom and every-time I see them I think of Mr. Hardesty. I bet he still sits in his chair, that's what I like to think. I'll never forget him."

Yes the correct location is in front of the Antique All or old armory in Franklin near the fire station. I was disappointed there weren't more selfies submitted! Thanks Rebekah for bringing a little extra!

An honorable mention does go to my old friend Curt Hanna who sent this photo but not the correct location(I almost bent the rules because this did make me laugh out loud.

Congrats Bret, We'll be sure you get your $10 off gift certificate that can be used in a number of Franklin businesses!
Now on to week two.
Any guesses?
