 Littlest city makes a big cold splash An old tradition returned to Parker. A few hundred folks decided the best way to bring in the New Year was to jump in the cold waters of the Allegheny River, perhaps to wash away 2022 and start anew. See several more photos here. Billingsley honored before tourney final  Former Franklin High School standout Jody Billingsley's number was retired finally by the district with her family and coach in attendence. |   The Franklin school district continues to mourn the loss of 15-year-old Madison Johnson, who passed away after a car crash. The community rallied to help the family, students and 4-Hers struggling with this tragedy. |
