Franklin library continues Community Conversations

The Franklin Public Library continues its series of Community Conversations about a variety of topics. A new topic will be covered from 6 to 7 p.m. most Thursdays in the second-floor community room. ​

The upcoming schedule includes the following speakers:

• April 13 - Autism Stands, Brandy Hinojosa;
• April 20 - Community Gardens, Warren Thomas of Venango Area Community Gardens;
• April 27 - A Night at the Theater: John Wilkes Booth & Laura Keene in the Oil Region, Margo Mong;
• May 4 - Melanie Krneta, Homeopathy Holistic Health
• May 11 - Silver Cornet Band, Peter Greene
• May 18 - Alien vs. Native Species, DNCR and Bureau of Forestry
• June 22 - Sandy Baker, Genealogy: Dig into your Roots!
• June 29 - Barbara Rumore, Difficult Conversations about Racism
• July 8 - Raymond Gerard Bugay, How to Publish Your Writing
• July 13 - Patricia Thrushart, Using Poetry for Social Justice
