Some Miller Sibley pics from so far this summer

Another catching up post with some photos from Miller-Sibley.

You can hear the cheers coming from up on the hill,  they roll across the valley up into the neighborhoods  of Rocky Grove and down into the city of Franklin.

​The sounds of summer.

Miller-Sibley sports complex is where it is at if you like to watch ball being played by all ages. One field is littered with wee ones and adults as they learn the basics of baseball from attempting to hit some softly lobbed ball to smacking the ball with all their might off a tee.

Next to them are the adults not ready to give up on their ability to play. There are guys just out of high school to young grampas tossing a little fast pitch. Moms and grandmas moving their heads back and forth as if watching tennis to se how the kids and spouses are doing on each field.

​Here are some favorites from our visits to the park. And if you haven't been there in awhile the new basketball courts, tennis and pickle ball courts are done and impressive.
